We are proud to offer The Sam Gentry Southern Quality Propane Scholarship for a third year. This scholarship is a $1,000 annual scholarship given by Southern Quality Propane to a young man or woman entering college or a trade school.

Sam Gentry was a beloved member of our team. He worked in the propane industry for decades and in his career and life, he exhibited many fine qualities that are rare in today’s world. Among them, were qualities of honesty, hard work, and integrity.

​The Sam Gentry Southern Quality Propane Scholarship was founded in his memory to recognize young men and women who are building themselves and their communities.
